Founder: Deepak Massand (1951-2015)

Deepak founded Litéra^® in 2001.  Pursuing his vision of solving the business collaboration dilemma, he led the company to its status as the global leader in document life-cycle and risk management with solutions for secure document creation, collaboration, comparison, control and cleaning.

Deepak’s vision focused on the value Litéra provides to our clients.  His mantra was to enhance document-related business processes for an immediate return on investment, and match this value with world-class customer support.

Deepak is greatly missed at Litéra, where his energy and drive inspired everyone to always push forward and always improve. The Litéra team keeps his memory alive in the company he built and continuously strives to make Deepak proud.

President: Paul Domnick

Paul Domnick joined Litéra as President in May of 2014. He brings special knowledge about the utility of Litéra’s software products in managing risks in financial services. Domnick was previously CIO of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from the beginning of 2009 until November 2013.
