Malika Ahmidouch | CEO
Malika Ahmidouch joined Intelcia in 2017 to launch a digital business line that reached 600 employees in less than 18 months. Malika then managed Intelcia’s customer service operations in France and Africa.
Since December 2019, Malika has been in charge of the IT Solutions division within Intelcia Group. A promising new growth driver for the group, this strategic division of more than 400 employees will reach €20 million in revenue in 2022. Intelcia IT Solutions will continue to grow in 2023 across the four countries where it operates and expand to new countries in Africa.
Malika is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines in Paris. Before joining Intelcia, Malika started her career in investment banking in the US and switched to telecommunications in 2013 joining inwi, a Moroccan telecommunications company.
