Q. How does your candidate assessment work?

We currently have thousands of subscribers to our private jobs site. These media professionals come from every sector in the industry and at every level of all departments, it takes to run a media business. Candidates are pre-vetted and upload all of their information into our database. We also have thousands of job-seekingthesiliconreview-rob-barnett-ceo-rob-barnett-media-21. candidates subscribed to our weekly newsletter. In addition, we host a daily video series about finding the next best job. The videos appear on our homepage and every social media outlet. Finally, we have a team outside our subscriber base to identify, interview, and present the most qualified candidates we have sourced.

Q. As an unemployed job seeker, who is probably running low on cash, the person might not have a lot of spare cash lying around. How can you make your services more affordable?

Our headhunting advisory firm was founded on the belief that every job seeker will be able to use as many of our services as possible for the exact price of $0. Our library of almost 700 daily videos about job seeking is available, plus practically three years of newsletters in a rich database with inspired advice about how to seek employment. And every job seeker can use all of the services on our website for free, including setting up a complete candidate profile and applying to any open job.
