The Silicon Review
Generally, digital transformation efforts are made by businesses to integrate digital technologies into every area of operations. This results in significant changes in how the business will continue in the future, and the entire process gets a remake to be more profitable and efficient. Digital transformation affects every level of an organization, and data will be gathered from various areas to combine and work more effectively. Companies can take advantage of advanced processing and workflow automation to connect the dots and deliver an excellent customer journey in a way that wasn’t possible before. One of the biggest hurdles companies face with digital transformation is integrating various systems into one workflow. Security protocols and data management must be in clear sync, and yet, data security is continuing to be a major challenge for organizations.
There are various companies delivering excellent digital transformation services globally, but VerseOne Group stands out from the rest. In conversation with Alan Neilson, Founder and CEO of VerseOne Group
Q. Tell us about your full range of services and products.
We deliver strategy to implementation and everything in between to help you differentiate and lead in the market sector you operate in. All our services are all tailored to your individual needs. We call this our Total Engagement Programme (TEP360).
Q. Could you tell us about whom you work with and what industries you focus on?
VerseOne works within the Healthcare, NHS, and Social Housing, and Local Government sectors. Our strategic decision to work in these sectors has allowed us to build up a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the complex needs that our customers face in the delivery of their mission-critical services to their respective audiences. We take pride in our knowledge of our chosen markets and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions tailored to their needs.
Q. Tell us in detail about the technology that powers your solutions?
Our highly adaptable and soft key configurable Digital Experience platform is the power behind our customer websites, intelligent work hubs and portals. It has been developed with open standards and APIs, ensuring the system is robust and scalable, giving you the ability to grow and adapt your experience as your organization’s priorities and strategies change. We have a distinct edge over our competitors because we own the IP on all the products that we offer. This with deep understanding of the sectors that we work in allows us to be incredibly agile when it comes to developing a customer solution. So, if we cannot meet a customers’ needs by using our standard library of product modules, it’s easy for us to adapt the solution to fit their need.
Q. What has been the single greatest factor that has contributed to the phenomenal growth of VerseOne?
The company considers the people that make up the team within the business as the biggest asset and empowers them to make prolific contributions toward achieving the company’s vision. Equally important are the customers: it is crucial to connect with them, understand their needs, and add value to their businesses. When you truly understand what your customer needs, and you combine that with a workforce that can translate that need into a successful digital solution and deliver value every time – that’s a powerful combination.
Q. What makes VerseOne Group unique?
Innovation and our people. Innovation is a founding principle of VerseOne and we remain committed to it, by harnessing the power of modern technologies and data insights to provide a richer, more personalized experience. This, combined with our deep sector expertise, makes our digital solutions the gold standard for others to follow.
Q. What does the future hold for your company?
Another VerseOne founding principle is superior customer experience, and we are always evaluating the latest products, best practice methods, and design trends and how best to incorporate these into our offerings. By taking this view, VerseOne ensures its solutions are extensible and future-proofed. Things that we are looking at in the future are better integration of disparate systems through our data integration tool, Autevo. Better integration allows organizations to surface the correct data to users inside of, for example, customer-facing portals for Social Housing or intelligent work hubs for the NHS. Vocoll continues to be developed and is gaining traction as a secure digital communication and collaboration tool to help organizations get things done! Vocoll is more than just another chatbot, feed, or social media aggregator. It is a productivity tool that can be integrated with the applications you use every day, whether Office 365 or other business-critical systems.
We have set up the VerseOne Innovation Fund to look for opportunities and partner with exciting projects that will deliver real value to the lives of people inside of our chosen sectors of healthcare, social housing, and local government. VerseOne and Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust (HACW) have launched Life Stories, an exciting new platform for capturing memories, enhancing the experience of those living with dementia through the provision of therapeutic activities.
