Can you brief us on the history of your company?
Prompt Softech started off by designing and developing software applications using ASP.NET technology, and hardware products/devices as a part of embedded systems. Gradually, it has covered technologies namely MS Dynamics CRM, Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS), Cloud Computing, Quality Assurance (QA) services, and Offshore Development Center (ODC) as dedicated wings established by the company and has been providing services in the same.
Can you provide brief information on your service/product offerings and how does it benefit your clients?
We provide technical solutions and services in technologies namely MS Dynamics CRM, Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS), Cloud Computing, Quality Assurance (QA) services, and Offshore Development Center (ODC) to our clients. These services are aimed to provide maximum operating efficiency, business mobility, scalable applications enabled through cloud integration, authorized access control, real-time data analysis, ability to diagnose operational issues, add significant value to the sales and services, achieve productive transformation, and strengthen business processes of clients.
What is it that differentiates you from others in the domain?
Our values, principles, technical expertise, and years of experience have set the standard for what it takes to stay ahead of the pack. We don’t like to work like robots, instead, prefer to work in a consulting way suggesting the best we can offer to the clients.
What are the biggest assets to your organization? What would they be and why?
Our people – Every decision we make is dependent on our ability to serve our team so they can excel in serving the client. I would also add that our people are not just creative, but fun and great to work with on a day-to-day basis.
Our ability to innovate – It’s definitely been a differentiator. Not only is the tech available, but our clients are being assertive in using it alongside us.
The trust our clients have in us is critical – We gain new clients based on our people, their expertise, and experience. But we retain clients over time because of the deep trust that we earn through our collaboration with them.
We can be flexible – One of the things we tend to hear is even though we are growing, we are flexible in terms of our responsiveness with our clients and ability to move quickly through an opportunity or challenge. Our flexibility and one-on-one approach have been underlying assets that have supported our success.
How well do your employees know their role in contributing to the company’s success?
To work together successfully, employees should be trained to recognize the value of accepting new ideas and trusting opinions from all members. Teams learn to focus on what they can create together from different backgrounds, skill sets, and personalities.

Ritesh Sutaria, Director: Ritesh Sutaria holds over 17 years of experience in Product Engineering. He is a technical expert with sound knowledge of all Microsoft Technologies with a proven track record in technological developments for diverse customers’ applications. He currently heads Prompt Softech as Chief Technical Officer and looks after all the technical projects of the company.
