Balasubramani Ganesh, President: Ganesh is the president of Brea, California-based MTSI, Inc. where he is responsible for measurable revenue and profit growth of the company. He develops the vision and leads the Company’s strategy and planning. He takes personal interest in the management of the largest asset of the company – its Human Capital that includes employees and independent consultants.

Ganesh has more than 25 years of IT software and hardware solution sales and implementation expertise in top-tier (SAP/Oracle) and mid-tier (MAPICS, M2M, BaaN) ERP environments; a broad knowledge of complex business solutions project management, and extensive hands-on capability in business process re-engineering and public sector supply chain logistics functionality and optimization.

Prior to MTSI Inc., Ganesh was a senior associate for Los Angeles, California-based DKM, Inc. from 1993-997. His responsibilities included project management of client/server implementation of the Company’s MAPICS Reseller projects that exceeded new account sales quota by 60%. In 1996, he initiated several major new accounts in the automotive and heavy equipment, aerospace, manufacturing, and electronics industries.
