Lift monitoring

The Lift Monitoring Predictive Device (LMPD) serves as the primary safeguard against lift and elevator malfunctions resulting from inadequate maintenance. When installed, the LMPD is a non-intrusive device that does not void the lift or elevator's warranty. After it establishes the baseline settings, it merely needs power and may almost instantly start monitoring the lift or elevator. Using a variety of specially designed sensors, the LMPD can identify speed, vibration, current, and other data points. This allows it to assess anomalies and immediately report them to the appropriate authorities or individuals. This makes it possible to perform predictive maintenance to stop lift and elevator malfunctions before they start. Furthermore, the LMPD can facilitate many smart city applications, including robotic delivery services, public asset recognition, and safety services for senior citizens and children. It is also compatible with Bluetooth sensors.

Environmental sensing

With the help of Ascent's environmental sensor systems, companies can accurately monitor and record environmental parameters in real time, including the temperature and humidity of assets that are in transit.
