Matthew Roberts, CEO

Matt has over 16 years’ experience in ICT Infrastructure, having founded Creative Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) in 2013, and has been actively involved in many large projects in Singapore such as the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts, Singapore Sports Hub, Changi airport and various enterprise commercial fit outs. Not only is Matt the Founder & Director of CIS, but he also wears another hat as General Manager APAC for Direct Line Global, a data center ICT solutions provider. Matt oversees the strategic direction for the APAC market and has the responsibility of managing the team to ensure that they are successful in achieving the company’s regional goals.

Matt’s leadership style is rooted in the values of hard work, dedication and collaboration, all of which he has honed through his experience in rugby. Having played for both his country and international clubs, Matt has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead by example. He is a natural problem solver and is always looking for innovative solutions to the challenges that come with the job.
