A divorce or custody dispute may be the most difficult challenge you ever face, leaving a lasting impact on your children, your finances, and your family structure. While some variables are beyond your control, choosing the right law firm can make all the difference.
In light of the above-mentioned scenario, we’re thrilled to present Schoenberg Family Law Group, P.C.
Schoenberg focuses exclusively on divorce and family law. The firm was incorporated in 1990 and is headquartered in San Francisco.
Debra R. Schoenberg, Esq., Schoenberg Family Law Group, P.C Founder, spoke exclusively to The Silicon Review. Below is an excerpt.
Q. What are the factors that make your firm stand out from the competition?
What continues to excite and engage me after practicing family law for more than 30 years, is that the concept of the family continues to evolve. As society re-defines family, the law has to grow and change around it. What sets us apart from other law firms is the pride that we take in our work and our unwavering commitment to excellence. Our goal at the Schoenberg Family Law Group is to preserve our clients’ dignity and humanity through what can be a very difficult and painful process. Our top priority is delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. Our firm builds relationships based on trust, integrity and open communication. One of the commitments that I make to my clients is accessibility. I don’t leave at the end of the day until I have returned every phone call and responded to every email. Choosing the right family law firm can have an enormous impact on the outcome of your case. At the Schoenberg Family Law Group, we believe that knowledge is power. We work hard to assist our clients in understanding the road map of their dissolution.
Moreover, delivering exceptional legal services to our San Francisco and Bay Area clients is our top priority. Family law matters deeply impact children, family finances and the family structure and thus call for a comprehensive approach. We work closely with psychologists, accountants’ appraisers and other financial professionals to comprehensively resolve these complex and sensitive issues.
Q. What drives you to excel in your field?
Children are our most precious resources. They are quite literally our future. There is enormous potential for children to become harmed in the context of their parents’ divorce. At the Schoenberg Family Law Group, we are deeply committed to ensuring that children remain insolated from their parents’ litigation. Not withstanding the raw emotion that accompanies virtually every dissolution action, we work hard to educate our clients and to assist them in working cooperatively with the other party. We believe it’s critical that parents work together so that the needs of their children are paramount. Not only are we attorneys but many of us are also parents. We have a deep understanding of the best interests of children and strive to meet that in every custody and visitation schedule that we coordinate. At the end of the day, our priority is to ensure that the parenting plan is in the best interests of the children, to promote their continuing development and growth.
Q. What do you feel are the reasons behind your firm’s reputation?
Family law is a rapidly evolving legal field. By focusing our resources and expertise, we remain current with the latest changes in state and federal law. We develop efficient and cost-effective strategies to help clients resolve their family law matters. Family law is a collegial and collaborative practice. Every member of our team contributes to the success of our cases.
We represent our clients with expertise, efficiency, diligence and understanding.
