Himadri Banerji, Managing Director

Banerji has had a long and illustrious experience of over 35 years during which he has been a part of the the top rung in leading organizations including Reliance, where as the CEO of the organization he has led many energy related projects. He has also served in Senior Management positions at various other acclaimed organizations including Torrent Power, GIPCL and Tata Power. Mr. Banerji holds an engineering degree from the prestigious India Institute of Technology, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. His diverse exposure has been in the power sector (including solar, wind and other renewable energy sources) particularly in generation, transmission and distribution. He recently served as the CEO in the EPC Division of one of India’s largest private sector companies and was also the Chief Executive of the two utility companies supplying electricity to the capital city of India, New Delhi. He also has significant knowledge of power trading, tariffs and regulatory regime, power purchase agreement, in the context of the Indian market.
 
Nishant Kumar Dean, Founder Director

Nishant Kumar Dean has more than 8 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing and Operational management. Nishant has founded IT Companies that have already proven themselves at the global scale. Nishant has strong experience in RFID Technology based solution for School Management, Library Management, Inventory

Management, Asset Management, Vehicle Tracking and Security Solutions. He has extensive experience in Mobile application development for Android, iOS and Blackberry platforms to suit various industries including retail chains, food outlets, hotel, corporate, utility, smart homes, online shops, advertisement, data management, promotion and branding. He also helps in providing complete (concept-to-commissioning) solution for renewable energy sector including consultancy, technology, implementer, O&M for wind, solar and biomass.

Nishant holds a brilliant educational background, including M Tech Dual, Mechanical & Industrial Engg  from IIT Kharagpur.
