Stefan Schwab joined Enlighted as CEO in 2018. He finds joy in the diversity of the business and feels fortunate to collaborate with around 300 skilled team members. Before his tenure at Enlighted, Stefan served as the Executive General Manager for Siemens Building Technologies in Australia and New Zealand. There, he spearheaded business transformation efforts by fostering empowerment among employees and enhancing customer focus.

Outside of the office, Stefan draws energy from his family, finding fulfillment in witnessing his children's daily growth and learning experiences. When he's not immersed in work, Stefan indulges in his passion for sports, enjoying games of tennis and hockey. He also cherishes moments spent cooking alongside his wife and embarking on adventures across North and South America.
