Searce Impact

A global 3PL company had a concerning problem as it started a project. It had accumulated $32 million in AR overdue. Obviously, past-due AR reduction was very important in such a scenario. But the company had already invested to drive the overdue reduction projects through it regional finance network. The results were although underwhelming.

The company looked to Searce for a solution. Using its experience in AR logistics, Searce laid out a plan that included data aggregation, data analytics, and a solution-based approach (3-layered). The results were astounding as the AR overdue showed a significant change. The $32 million in overdue AR came down to $24 million in Q1 of 2015, and it was down to $11 million by the end of Q2 of 2015. An astounding 65% overdue reduction!

A Happening 2020

As the onslaught of Covid-19 raged on, Searce kept working hard on maintaining its excellence. One of the greatest partnerships that define its work comes through its work with AWS. In the month of April this year, the company was able to achieve Competency status in AWS Data and Analytics. This distinction means that Searce possesses a deep domain expertise in the mobile categories of – Data Integration, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Data Analysis and Visualization, and Consulting. It is a great acknowledgment of the work that the company has done to assist both digital native and enterprises to convert data into insights through building enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and advanced analytics solutions on AWS.

Earlier in the same month, the company had also reached yet another milestone when it achieved AWS Microsoft Workloads Competency. This differentiated Searce as an AWS Partner that provides deep expertise in Microsoft and AWS to help the customers’ design, deployment, migration, and management of Microsoft-based application on AWS. “We have had great success in helping our customers modernize their Windows workloads on AWS and our team is dedicated to helping companies achieve their technology goals by leveraging the agility, breadth of services, and pace of innovation that AWS provides,” said RK Kuppala, Searce CTO. Searce also achieved Competency status for AWS DevOps earlier this year.

But these achievements were not a surprise as the company has been doing great in the last few years. Last year, the company achieved the tag of the Enterprise Collaboration Partner Specialization in the Google Cloud Partner Program. Searce was presented the 2018 Google Cloud JAPAC Reseller Partner of the Year award at the Google Cloud Next 2019. Further, the company has been recognized as one of the Top partners for the year by Google from 2015 to 2018. The award and achievements are a testament to the company’s commitment to helping businesses leverage the power of Cloud, AI/ ML, and data.

Hardik Parekh, CEO: Hardik is a natural thinker and a solver which makes him a great entrepreneur. He founded Searce in 2004 to unlock the digital transformation opportunities for his clients. In 2015, he founded another company called HappierWork to transform people operations. He has been a board member and the chief mentor at Feecounter in the past.

He has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University and a MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
