Leadership Team | Haven

Luke Mongin is the Co-Founder of Haven. He started Haven with the mission of helping small businesses. Luke has a passion for helping people succeed. He previously started a small business consulting practice and has also worked as a technology consultant with both public and private sector clients. He is a self-taught developer, and his skills include data and systems architecture, application development, and project management. Mr. Mongin graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, Business Law, Ethics and Decision Making, and Technology Management. He was also named a Venture Fellow in the IU School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering.

Jonathan McPike is the Co-Founder of Haven. He is a recovering lawyer who has been counseling business owners his entire career. He practiced at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where he chaired the Investment Funds Group, and at the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, where he formed private equity investment funds ranging from $100 million to $1.5 billion in capital commitments. Mr. McPike holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law--Bloomington.
