50 Fastest Growing Companies of the Year 2022
The Silicon Review
“We offer various services and consultations that cover every aspect of launching a business, including the self-development necessary to become a successful business owner.”
The best entrepreneurs understand the power of people. When thinking about startup success, collaboration and partnerships have always been vital. Budding entrepreneurs must turn their attention toward creating strong, strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Developing key relationships has become an ever-increasingly more strategic way for businesses to grow. Strategic relationships allow businesses to cross-promote, build on each other’s strengths, fill in gaps in areas of growth, share intelligence, attract new customers and expand business offerings to existing customers. Also, working with other strategic partners builds credibility, allowing businesses to make further connections and expand their operations.

Interview Highlights
Q. What was the motivation behind starting IdeaPros?
There are over half a million new entrepreneurs born every month in the United States alone. Most of them do not understand what needs to be done to get something from an idea to a nationwide launch. I started Ideapros to offer a complete solution and a think tank for some of the most prominent entrepreneurs in the Country.
Q. Can you explain about your services in brief?
We offer various services and consultations that cover every aspect of launching a business, including the self-development necessary to become a successful business owner. The worst thing you can do is try to create a business without first creating yourself – and we make sure you are not only well positioned, but well educated on what it takes to succeed.
Q. Any company, big or small, must have a sense of authenticity and originality to succeed. What do you want to be, a leader or a follower?
Of course, I aspire to be a leader. But the best leaders surround themselves with people smarter than them and, therefore, should be followers as well. Leaders that don’t also listen end up leading nobody.
Q. The biggest challenge a startup may face is ‘adaptability’; how do you stay relevant to the consumer interests and needs in this highly volatile market?
The world’s most successful companies have always been in tune with the pulse of their customers. In this digital age, this has become easier and easier. The voice of your customer is spoken loudly on the internet. Just listen and adapt. The information is readily available; however, most people don’t even search for it.
Q. A well-strategized relationship-building strategy will help the startup build trust with consumers, potential clients, and customers. How do you create a roadmap/campaign that will meet the clients’ demands?
Any well-developed strategy starts with understanding what the customer wants, not what you are trying to sell. Making sure there is an unmet need and targeting the people who have that need is the perfect roadmap to having your product available to fill that need. Most of the businesses that fail after the first year do so because they’ve built something that nobody wants. And that’s an astonishing fact that can be easily avoided.
Q. There are other major players in this segment. How do you distinguish your services/ standout from the rest?
Our services are distinguishable because of our pedigree. Our team includes world-class entrepreneurs ready to impart decades of knowledge to our clients. Personally, I’ve launched over ten of my own companies, taken three public, and created billions in value. First time entrepreneurs need the knowledge and the connections even more than the “stuff” that needs to be built. Other people who have worked to my level don’t have the inclination to help people just starting out. I do. And that’s all the difference many people will need.
Q. How do you market your services?
We do it through Google Ads, a large social media audience, publicity from major periodicals, and word of mouth. Ideapros and my personal brand are both becoming recognized around the world. On my Instagram page I have followers from over 40 countries.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
We do. Besides our current flagship product, we are about to launch a video course series on purpose-driven entrepreneurship – that series is going to provide invaluable knowledge to thousands of people. And we are putting together several products and services designed to help an entrepreneur with any of the issues they are likely to encounter – think of it as mini, very specific versions of what we do now.
Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?
We recently entered into an agreement to go public on NASDAQ; we anticipate this will occur within six months. That will give us the opportunity to grow even faster and make our expertise available to thousands of entrepreneurs around the world.
