TrustedTech was founded in 2017 and has rapidly become the fastest-growing CSP in Microsoft history, now ranking in the top 1% globally. What do you attribute this remarkable growth to, and why should businesses watch you closely in 2026?

Our growth has been driven by a relentless focus on customer experience, technical excellence, and staying ahead of where the Microsoft ecosystem is evolving. Early on, we recognized that businesses needed more than transactional licensing providers. They needed strategic partners who could help them navigate cloud transformation, cybersecurity, cost optimization, and now AI adoption.

We invested heavily in building a highly certified engineering organization rather than operating purely as a reseller. That decision allowed us to deliver measurable technical outcomes while simultaneously helping organizations optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

Another major factor has been our people-first philosophy. We built TrustedTech around responsiveness, transparency, and long-term relationships. In an industry where customers are often passed between departments or offshore support queues, we prioritized direct access to highly skilled engineers and specialists.

Achieving six Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations reflects the depth of technical expertise TrustedTech has built across the entire Microsoft ecosystem. Very few partners globally have demonstrated validated capabilities across all six categories, because it requires a significant investment in engineering talent, certifications, successful customer outcomes, and technical performance.

For our customers, this means they are working with a partner capable of supporting nearly every stage of their technology transformation journey under one roof. Whether an organization is modernizing infrastructure, securing distributed workforces, implementing AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, optimizing Microsoft 365, or improving governance and compliance, we have dedicated specialists and proven expertise across those environments.

What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

TrustedTech is entering one of the most exciting phases in the company’s history. We’ve almost spent a decade in business. And as businesses accelerate AI adoption and modernize their environments, we are expanding our capabilities to help organizations navigate this transformation securely and strategically. A major focus moving forward is Microsoft Copilot enablement and AI readiness. Organizations are eager to adopt AI tools, but many are discovering that successful deployment requires proper governance, security, infrastructure modernization, and data preparation first. TrustedTech is helping bridge that gap.

We are also continuing to scale our Azure modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise support offerings while expanding globally. At the same time, we are investing in solutions that unify licensing, cloud strategy, security, and AI implementation into a single advisory experience.

With 17+ years of experience and demonstrated expertise in IT solutions, licensing consultations, and customer relations, Hamood established TrustedTech’s position as a Microsoft CSP direct-bill partner, carrying multiple Solutions Partner Designations, and the now-legacy Microsoft Gold Partner competency while leading the company’s meteoric growth by doubling revenue every year for the last three years. Hamood is a trusted IT thought leader with a focus on Cloud services, IT infrastructure, and software management.
