QuadraNet was originally founded in 2001 as a telecommunications provider in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. As the company started to gained popularity and its customer base grew, it expanded its service offerings to encompass a larger variety of Internet-based products and services. In 2004, QuadraNet expanded to its own data center space in Downtown Los Angeles and started growing from there.
Over the past decade, QuadraNet has grown to become one of the largest providers in Los Angeles, California. And today, with 7 different datacenter locations nationwide serving thousands of customers around the globe, QuadraNet is a leading IT solutions provider solving complicated technical and business problems for enterprise clients.
Having an immense experience in the data center industry, the company offers a wide range of services from basic hosting (datacenter space, networking, and servers) to more complex cloud-based application hosting, disaster recovery, storage, and security as a service all wrapped in a unified client management portal. With a true 24x7 on-site support and multiple managed service offerings, QuadraNet is also one of the most extremely reliable firms in the industry.

Q. Big or small, every company must have the sense of authenticity and originality to succeed. Is your company a ‘Leader’ or a ‘Follower’?
We are constantly striving to innovate and develop new technology and I believe that makes us a leader in the data center space. Providing managed customers with total peace of mind, our Intelligent Monitoring Platform (IMP) is a great example to show how we are leading the industry.
Q. What kind of mixed responses have you received from your consumers over the years? How have they motivated you to shape your offerings/grow the company?
Since we started in 2001, the marketplace requirements have completely evolved and to be neck to neck with the evolution and in order to meet our client needs, we are constantly working on new software, technology, and expanding to new locations.
An increasing amount of QuadraNet’s growth has been driven by our focused efforts on expanding from the SMB space into offering high-quality Enterprise Solutions; deployments that are completely architected for meeting the higher-availability requirements and compliance requirements of a wide range of enterprises and industries.
Q. “Earning trust and respect of consumers is through consistent focus on delivering high quality in all actions,” how do you interpret this statement?
“We are committed to over deliver and go above & beyond for our customers in order to earn and retain their trust and respect” - all of our actions at QuadraNet are centered on this commitment. Also, we are very receptive to client and employee feedback and act on them swiftly.
We welcome feedback at any time, and as CEO, I have an open-door policy. I make time for anyone who is looking to provide feedback. I believe this culture of ours definitely makes us one of the most trusted companies in the industry.
Q. How do you stay relevant to the consumer interests and needs in this highly volatile market?
At QuadraNet, we have a great team of industry experts who work day in and out to help the company reach sheer heights.
Our account managers frequently reach out to the customers and make sure that the solutions we’re providing are meeting their current demands. Our marketing team is constantly performing market research and diligence and finding ways we can better adapt to consumer interests.
Q.What makes your brand one of the ‘Best’ companies?
We at QuadraNet keep our clients at the top of our priority list and I believe this is a prime reason that we are one of the best companies.

Crafting the Future Roadmap
To better meet the clientele’s needs, QuadraNet is constantly innovating new software & technology behind the scenes. Soon, the company will be introducing a channel reseller program allowing SMBs, VARs, MSPs and other types of businesses to start reselling QuadraNet’s full suite of service offerings in a white label fashion, all without any technical experience required.
QuadraNet is fully sustainable as a company and currently, its mission is completely focused on growth. Since inception, it has grown to operate 7 datacenter locations nationwide and in a couple years from now, it is looking forward to expanding geographically.

Ilan Mishan, Co-Founder & CEO of QuadraNet: From an early age Ilan saw the opportunities in everything around him; his dream was to open his own business in sunny California. After serving in the IDF he attended Technology school and a university in Israel and completed his MBA in Computer Science. Today as QuadraNet’s chief executive officer, Ilan is responsible for QuadraNet’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development technology strategy.
