The Oworkers team helps companies (mostly tech) create, type/re-type, convert, enrich, transform, moderate, annotate and categorize or validate various content or data with an exceptional workflow. The team’s current strength stands at over 400.

Oworkers is GDPR compliant and has recently gained ISO 27001 accreditation. This further cements the company’s position as a global market leader.

The Silicon Review reached out to Oworkers’ Bulgaria office and spoke with Stephane Guillemin, Head of Development, and here’s what he had to say.

Strategic Locations

Madagascar is at the moment the most cost-effective place on Earth for data processing outsourcing services, especially for French, non-complex English and non-related languages data operation but also for Chinese and some Latin languages.

Stephane Guillemin has over 25 years of experience in managing different businesses in different countries and regions, mainly focusing on offshore outsourcing (offshoring), BPO, and ITO services. He has strong knowledge and expertise in outsourcing processes (data entry services, data annotation services, back office services, IT outsourcing, etc.). Stephane has serves clients from around the world, including the Indian Ocean (Madagascar and Mauritius), South Asia (Philippines and Thailand), Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Albania), and North Africa (Egypt).
