Strategic Planning: Prodify will coach you as you build 2 KPI pyramids - one for your business and one for your customers. Each pyramid starts with the metric that quantifies the outcome that stakeholder seeks from your product. This is an exercise in internal alignment on how to measure product success. They will coach you through the process of imagining a future customer journey that delivers a 10x outcome compared to today's product.  The customer journey is typically expressed as a comic strip covering all six chapters: trigger, discovery, evaluation, trial, usage, and switching. They will work backwards from the customer journey vision to identify key milestones over the next few quarters / years to help realize that vision. The sequencing of work depends on technical dependencies, competition and moat-building.

Coaching: The company will advise you and your product, engineering and design teams on opportunities to improve the efficiency of how product releases are planned and executed.  In particular, they will look at how to apply an agile mindset to ensure you're investing time proportionate to confidence. The company will coach you to create a customer journey roadmap that balances between: strategic progress towards the vision, near-term optimizations to respond to simple customer/internal stakeholder requests, and product hygiene work to maintain performance, uptime and security. Prodify will work with you to understand what success would look like for this person, what level to hire, and whether the person should be part-time or full-time. They can even put together the job description if you like.

Consulting: The company will start by discussing your situation/goals and determining whether you need a product consultant and if so, what type of person.  The most common scenarios where they consult are: serving as an interim VP of Product to set vision/strategy or manage the team as hiring takes place, stepping in as a part-time Product Manager to create a roadmap, deliver an existing roadmap, conduct customer discovery interviews or define/refine the product development process, and producing delightful product designs (UX or visual/UI) to help your customers achieve their desired outcome.
