Can you tell us about your services in brief?

Trustifi is a cyber-security firm featuring solutions delivered on a software-as-a-service platform. We lead the market with the easiest to use and deploy email security products providing both inbound and outbound email security from a single vendor.

The most valuable asset to any organization, other than its employees, is the data contained in their email, and Trustifi’s key objective is keeping the client’s data, reputation, and brand safe from all threats related to email. With Trustifi’s Inbound Shield, Data Loss Prevention, and Email Encryption, clients are always one step ahead of attackers.

To use email encryption successfully your recipient will need compatible software.

Recipients do not need any software to open and decrypt emails. In fact, Trustifi is one of the only email encryption com­panies that does not force registration on email recipients who do not have our platform. Recipients enjoy simple one click decrypt for the entire life of the email thread without ever having to log in or sign up for anything.

Trustifi can work virtually with any organization. There are add-ins for Out­look and Gmail. Business customers can also easily integrate Trustifi into their proprietary platform via Open API.

How does Trusitifi’s unique email architecture work?

The e-mail message from your trusted network of on-premise or cloud-based e-mail servers travels to Trustifi’s secure virtual private cloud storage which is fully encrypted with the AES-256 encryption algorithm. The encryption key is your private key which is stored and managed by Trustifi. Now, your data can not be duplicated, hacked, or modified and you can track what is happening with your message.

How does the Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) system secure the organizations from incoming threats such as spam, phishing, or malicious codes?

ATP conducts an in-depth search of every item in the email. Subject lines, sender’s info, links, images, and body content go through an extensive scrubbing before being released to the recipient. This process is conducted in milliseconds to prevent disrupting workflow for the organization and also ensuring security.

How do you deal with the “never-ending change” in digital transformation?

We continue to educate the market on new trends and work alongside industry leaders to ensure we are educated ourselves. We constantly practice ‘cyber hygiene’ to ensure we don’t fall victim to an attack and always remember it’s important to practice what we preach.
