What led to the inception of the company?

The company was set up to create a world where I.T. is ubiquitous; where we utilize technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of modern tasks. We, at Annexus Technologies, will continually invest in our human resources to ensure that we acquire and retain the best professionals. With this highly skilled workforce, we will utilize our value-added skills to design, implement, and support the products and solutions we carry to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers’ expectations by delivering bleeding edge solutions with lower TCO and improved ROI.

Can you brief us about your products and services?

We have strategic partnerships with APC, Cisco, CommScope, Dell, ISS, OnCam, Palo Alto Networks, Samsung Techwin, Symantec, TeamViewer, Ubiquiti Networks, Veeam, VMware, Zerto, and ZNV Netview. We offer the full array of each partners’ product portfolio.

Discuss the obstacles faced by Annexus Technologies.

In the beginning, we faced numerous challenges and struggles in establishing Annexus Technologies Limited. There are five main roles required to successfully close business deals: Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Project Management, and Post-Sales Support. I had to fill all the roles in the initial stages of the company. All while maintaining a 9-5 job. It was Brutal! Moreover, project financing once a deal was closed was another hurdle and the recruitment of the right people to get the job done was a challenge too.

Justify your product popularity and steady growth as an organization.

The reasons behind both points to the uniqueness of Annexus Technologies which lies with its highly skilled and proficient team, which has expertise in designing, planning, and deploying industry-specific virtualization and cloud computing solutions.

What drives you to grow and excel in this field?

Our mission as well as our vision statement; we aim that through innovation, attention to detail, superior customer experience, and a zealous heart—we will make Annexus Technologies the best and largest I.T. conglomerate of the near and distant future.

What factors were instrumental to your organization?

Numerous factors influenced the start of Annexus Technologies:

• I saw a need in the market for niche ICT Solutions.
• Having worked in the ICT Industry for some time, I was aware of the competition their potential. In many cases, large companies sub-contract ICT Services externally as they are mainly focused on the Sales or Customer Relationship.
• I had a good reputation in the ICT Industry for numerous product portfolios, as such, I thought that I would have more exposure and be better utilized by offering services to multiple clients.
• No capital required to start—as Annexus mainly supplies ICT Services.

Where do you see your company a couple of years from now?

For the future, Annexus Technologies aims to stick with its customer-centric approach along the path of innovation, by understanding customer requirements first and then delivering valuable solutions. This, the company believes, will eventually create a win-win situation for them as well as their customers.

Andrew N. Griffiths, CEO: In 2006, Griffiths graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Technology, Summa Cumm Laude. Since his departure, he has amassed numerous accolades and experience in the industry that span different aspects of the business: over eight (8) years’ experience in Business Development; over eight (8) years’ experience in Project Management; and over ten (10) years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry.

Griffiths has designed, implemented, project managed and supported numerous multi-million-dollar IT Solutions that catered to the Private and Public Sector. He has achieved numerous levels of industry standard certifications from various vendors. Most notably, he was the first Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (CNSE) in the LATAM and Caribbean Region.

With his vast knowledge and experience, Griffiths sought to create Annexus Technologies; an IT Solutions and Services company—built on the principles of customer satisfaction.
