Why was the company set up? And how did you expand your company and its offerings over the years?

We filled the gap between seller and buyer, landlord and tenants by creating a PropTech solution where they all can directly communicate with each other without paying any hefty fee. Just to create such a platform was the basis of establishing 99home Ltd.

Immediately after a year of active operations, 99home was ranked among the top 20 hybrid agencies in the UK. This year, we jumped to the fifth position – that speaks volumes about how we offer services to our customers. Currently, we are planning to pursue FinTech, InsureTech, and Blockchain industries; in a move to expand into different market segments while providing a single solution for property related requirements.

Presently, the valuation of 99home is close to £14 million, which is incredible. Moreover, the company took over FCA regulated RentSafeUK Ltd and TenantReferancing.co.uk Ltd.

Most importantly, we rank number one on Trustpilot with a 4.9/5 rating and 5/5 on the All Agent platforms.

What challenges did you face in your initial years?

Unlike others, we were pretty much cash strapped during our initial days. Although we invested our own capital; we grew organically. We had to stay strong and prove everyone wrong as attempts were made in the local press to defame us. Thankfully, we made it to some level. As mentioned above, we’re the fifth-largest online estate agency in the UK.  

Moreover, 99home is not an estate agency; it’s rather a PropTech platform. Are we only creating a platform for estate agencies? Not Really! Estate agency is just a door to get to the InsurTech, FinTech, and Blockchain by using Artificial Intelligence.

What are the factors that aid 99home Ltd to outshine the competition?

Do you have any new products ready to be launched?

We will be launching https://www.just-sold.co.uk in January 2020. This is a modern method of selling and buying properties via auction. We are planning to launch 99home in India as well as in Europe soon.

Where do you see your company a couple of years from now?

At this moment, we are doing great. Seeing the current UK real estate market it looks like we can get a good percentage of marketing in the near future. We are expecting 10 million turnover in the next 2-3 years.

We are aiming to go for IPO in the next 2-4 years but before that, we may go for a funding round.
