How it all started

The idea of Transmetrics was drafted in 2012 during a transport conference. At the time, the founders were working as consultants for some of the largest companies in the cargo industry. Having a solution in mind, the founders tested a concept version during one of the consultancy projects, and it immediately became clear that this was a success.

The forecasting window can vary from one-day to several weeks, depending on your planning process, resources, and needs. The forecast is based on the cleansed historical data as well as on a set of external factors (e.g. public holidays, seasonality, weather, etc.).
