Turn meetings into leads and share your contact details without contact: Mobilo Card
The Silicon Review
Imagine coming back from a networking event, your pockets stuffed with 90 business cards. You just spent your weekend pressing the flesh and trading pleasantries; now it’s time to sit down and do the follow-up. Surely there’s a smarter, tech-savvy solution to this age-old issue, right? Enter Mobilo. It was born out of a desperate need to update an antique - the business card. In a world where automation is breathing new life into old industries, the humble business card was crying out for a digital rebirth. Our goal was not just to transform this paper relic into a modern marvel, but to demonstrate the hidden power behind its simplicity. It’s not just about swapping contact info anymore; it’s about revolutionizing HR, sales, and recruitment processes.
Mobilo is not merely an updated Rolodex; it’s a portal to a future where managing contacts is as easy as a tap on your screen. Where inaccurate spreadsheets and manual data entry are replaced with a direct pipeline into your CRM. It’s a ticket to a simpler, more efficient world where event ROI is not just a dream but a measurable, achievable reality.
In conversation with Pieter Limburg, Founder and CEO of Mobilo Card
Q. Can you explain about your services in brief?
The concept is elegantly simple - tap a Mobilo card on your phone, and voilà, the contact details appear. But the real magic happens behind the scenes, courtesy of our many integrations. Imagine getting leads effortlessly stored in your CRM, enhancing data quality, and easing your workload. The Mobilo smart digital business card seamlessly integrates with leading CRM systems, ensuring that every lead generated during networking events is directly funneled into the clients’ CRM for efficient follow-ups. Not only does this integration save time, but it also ensures accurate lead management, thereby empowering businesses to maximize the value of their connections.
On top of that, Mobilo can create and update digital business cards with barely any human intervention. The automated system ensures that the clients’ contact information is always up-to-date, eliminating the hassle of manually updating details every time they change. So, whether it’s a small startup or a corporation of 10,000 members, the solution seamlessly adapts to any team size.
Q. How does Mobilo card prioritize security and data privacy for its users?
Mobilo is the first smart business card company to earn a SOC 2 certification. On top of that, we’ve got a home-brewed security layer to keep our clients’ data locked up tight. We also only share our clients’ data with the services needed to operate Mobilo, and we never sell it. In a nutshell, we’re all about simplicity, efficiency, and security.
Q. What strategies does Mobilo card have in place for customer acquisition and retention?
The interesting thing about Mobilo is that it has an acquisition strategy built in. As soon as a customer gets their card, they will show it to other people, who, in turn, can become customers. So, this word-of-mouth referral mechanism becomes an organic acquisition strategy. We also believe that maintaining a strong relationship with our clients is essential for long-term success. Our product enhancements are driven by the feedback and evolving needs of our clients, thereby ensuring that our solution remains relevant and valuable. Overall, retaining our customers is at the heart of our product roadmap and a top priority for our customer support team.
Q. How does Mobilo card handle customer feedback and incorporate it into the development process?
We work with NPS. This feedback is gathered through an email survey and presented weekly to the management team. Without a filter. So every week, we see the good, the bad, and the ugly. By embracing the unfiltered nature of this feedback, we gain a comprehensive view of our performance, which, consequently, directly impacts our agenda and dictates priorities.
Q. How does Mobilo card ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards?
We make sure to stay GDPR and CCPA compliant, and we try to stay ahead of industry standards. Since the trust of our customers and the safety of their data are some of our main priorities, we go the extra mile to keep their data safe. To do that, we have a council to inform us of new and upcoming regulations. It’s all part of our effort to make sure our customers feel confident using our services.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
Yes! We are working on AI for automation, and there are some very exciting developments that I can’t disclose at this stage but am aiming to announce in the near future.
