The WatServ Timeline
When the company was founded in 2006, there were thousands of hosting companies in the world that provided infrastructure as a service and managed collocation hosting services.Unlike WatServ, very few took complete responsibility for the end-user applications that ran on the infrastructure. Meet the Master

Tom Doerner, Founder and President: Tom Doerner founded WatServ immediately after he left OpenText Corporation where he was the Vice President of Information Services & Technology from Feb 2001-Oct 2006. Prior to OpenText, Tom held many positions at Moore Corporation over a twenty-year period.

Tom graduated from the University of Waterloo and lives with his wife and family in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
