Najeeb A. Khan, President and Chief Executive Officer: IOI is the successor to Interlogic Systems, Inc. (ISI), a company that Najeeb A. Khan established in 1987. Under Mr. Khan’s leadership, IOI has grown from a local operation to one of the nation’s leading, award winning, cloud-based payroll processing and human resources management providers, with 10 locations across the United States.

Prior to founding ISI, Mr. Khan served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Midwest Commerce Data Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBD Midwest Commerce Bank. He was responsiblefor the strategic management of the commercial services division, which provided outsourcing solutions for payroll, accounting and inventory controls to diverse businesses.
