Meet the Founding Brain

Chaaya Baradhwaaj, Founder & MD – Established as a respected Digital guru, Chaaya independently spearheaded the growth chart of BCWW ever since she founded it in 2000. This bestows her title of first-mover in multiple-digital marketing initiatives for brands in India and across the Globe. In 2007, Chaaya founded her second venture Big I Tuna. Well that’s not it, there is much more to her credit. This young and vivacious personality has been invited as a Jury Member at New York Ad Fest, Spikes Asia, and the Advertising Agencies Association of India’s Goa Ad Fest on several occasions. Further, she has been a speaker at several digital marketing seminars, round-tables, and is an active participant at educational forums for the young in the digital space. She is also perpetually seeking weight loss solutions in which one can eat cheese, mutton biryani and other good things. Chaaya had started her career as a business journalist, having worked at publications such as Business world and Business Today.
