Enabling Secure Communications for Healthcare Provider Organizations: PerfectServe

“Founded in 2000, PerfectServe provides healthcare’s only comprehensive and secure communications and collaboration platform.”

By giving clinicians a more efficient and reliable way to connect with each other, PerfectServe provides practical solutions for minimizing communications breakdowns, which The Joint Commission has identified as the single greatest contributing factor to sentinel events and delays in care in U.S. hospitals. Importantly, PerfectServe solutions can help drive meaningful improvement in care delivery processes.

The company’s flagship solution, PerfectServe Synchrony™, unites physicians, nurses and other care team members across the continuum and facilitates timely interaction between them. PerfectServe Synchrony, the intelligent clinical communications platform, automatically identifies and provides immediate access to the right care team member, enabling effective population health management through communication-driven workflows. It processes more than 35 million clinical communication interactions each year involving more than 50,000 physicians.

Based in Knoxville, Tenn., USA, PerfectServe has been serving the needs of forward-looking healthcare provider organizations since 2000.
