Meet the Master

Navtej Sekhon, President and Founder: Navtej has spent over 25 years in managing and launching successful IT professional service practices in various industry verticals. He has spearheaded multiple software product developments in industry verticals such as, Process Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.

As President and Founder of AXSource^®, he works closely with partners and clients to deliver the best solutions. Navtej entered the ERP Product Development and Implementation practice in the early nineties. Later he entered Dynamics AX (previously known as Axapta) in 1999 as a hands-on certified professional, and was one of the few people who saw extensive potential in the AX (Axapta) platform and chose to focus on it. Today, his company specializes in implementing Dynamics AX and solutions built on AX. Navtej sits on the 360 Advisory Panel at Research Innovation and Commercialization Centre (RIC)—a tech incubator in the Greater Toronto Area—mentoring tech entrepreneurs as an expert in Enterprise Software Development, Manufacturing (Process/Discrete), and Renewable Energy.

Outside work he has a passion for hiking/trekking various parts of the globe, bicycling and riding his Motorbike with his HOG buddies, and designing and building custom homes. One of his recent creations has earned a spot in the Top Five custom homes designed and built in Canada.
