Knowing the Core Members
Hardik Shukla, CEO & Founding Director – A first generation entrepreneur, at Ethos Hardik oversees the national and international strategy, management and business development. He holds a masters degree in HR, as well as a Gold medal in PG Diploma in Labor Laws and Practices. His combined perspectives of HR, law, and services are invaluable to clients for adding new dimensions to their HR, manpower sourcing and business efforts.
Besides recruitment, Hardik leads Ethos in different other verticals like Training & Development, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and HR Strategy & Planning. His visions and values have been the driving force behind the company’s success since its inception. He continues to create innovative growth strategies and improvements to serve a global market place.
Sunil Nair, Director – An expert in people development be it motivating and developing team members, client management, or creating better strategic outlook or branding, Sunil carries close to two decades of experience in the HR field. He began his carrier at the shop floor level; he learned, excelled and worked his way up until leaving the job of the HR head for the Western Region-II of Blue Dart Express, and joining Ethos. Sunil is a commerce graduate and also holds a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is also a certified trainer specialized in soft skills programs.
Prior to Blue Dart Sunil worked with Gujarat Ambuja and Anagram at various levels. His past experience in corporate organizations has helped Ethos to grow from a small company to a well known brand at the national level.
