At Panzica Construction Company, we care and make it our policy to provide a safe work environment at all times. All employees and trades are expected to conduct all of their work in a safe manner. Additionally, every subcontractor on the project is obligated to conform to the requirements of all federal, state and local safety standards and regulations, as well as our own rigorous safety program.

In addition to employing our own full-time Safety Director, we mandate that our project managers and field superintendents attend regularly scheduled safety seminars in order to stay abreast of the most current safety standards and procedures enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
