Along with Dan Derosier, Dave founded Three Deep in 2003. Three Deep started managing CRM programs for Fortune 500 clients and thanks to Dave’s technical and marketing knowledge, it has grown to a full service digital agency. Dave works directly with team projects every day, leading by example.
Dan Derosier, Co-Founder – Dan has spent more than 25 years providing enterprise solutions to both Fortune 500 companies and midsize businesses. Throughout his sales and management careers at IBM and Oracle, he has developed a reputation for increasing sales, improving marketing programs and growing channel partnerships. Dan’s online strategies provide companies a digital roadmap to better leverage integrated online marketing programs to deliver more effective lead generation and much better sales results.
Scott Pearson, Partner – Scott works with all service lines at Three Deep to ensure consistent processes and high quality delivery for clients. After graduating from the University of St. Thomas, Scott started consulting with clients on their web and email marketing programs, working with Health East and Marine Max among others. Since coming to Three Deep he has touched nearly all of our clients, including leading the team for Nestlé USA integrated CRM platform – sending over 200 million emails in just the last year. Scott is responsible for operations across Three Deep, but his passion is CRM and Email Marketing. He has led this effort for Three Deep, since 2004, helping clients with their strategy, segmentation, execution, and metrics.
