Ramachandran Swaminathan, Executive Chairman – He is an Electronics Engineer from UVCE, Bangalore, started his career at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Trivandrum as a Rocket Scientist for ten years and specialized in Control & Guidance, Automated Test Equipment and Quality Assurance. There after served as Vice President Sales and Marketing in a Multinational Distribution Company dealing in Semi-conductor devices for a couple of years. He turned entrepreneur by founding D’gipro Group in 1987. D’gipro gained recognition as leading EDA solutions provider and pioneered VLSI training in the country, through association with niche VLSI, FPGA and system design / implementation tools. D’gipro trained over 1000 VLSI engineers for leading design houses such as ST-Micro-Electronics, TI-India, Philips India, IBM, Broadcom etc. Mr Ramachandran was awarded ‘Best Entrepreneur ‘by Government of India, and D’gipro was awarded ‘Preferred Partner ‘ by Defense Research and Development Organization.

He believes that the duty of a gentleman is to put back in to the world the equivalent or more of what he has taken out of it through Community service. He joined the Lions club of Bangalore East in 1999, held many positions and provided yeoman service to the community and is a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.

Ramachandran Swaminathan, currently as Executive Chairman at ICON Design Automation Pvt. Ltd. guides the enterprise, in providing ‘Proactive Solutions’ in Design, manufacturing, Test Automation and Quality Assurance for Aerospace and Defense Applications.

R.Varalakshmi, Managing Director – Mrs. Varalakshmi Ramachandran is a Graduate from Bangalore University. She specialises in Human Resources, Admin & Finance & she has over 20 years experience in this field. Prior to taking over as MD of ICON, she was in charge of H.R, Finance and administrative Department in ICON & She was holding similar portfolio in D’gipro group, which dealt primarily in providing Design / EDA solutions.

Alok Mehrotra, CEO – He has done his MBA from Santa Clara University, M.S. from SUNY, Stony Brook and B.E. from Manipal Institute of Technology. He is a management executive with broad domestic and international experience in sales and field operations and has a track record of fast & successful ramp-up of new technologies and markets. He has setup and managed operations in the US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

Mr. Alok Mehrotra has extensive VLSI experience from a 25 year career in corporations that are technology and business leaders in Semiconductor and EDA; namely Xilinx, Synopsys, Cadence, Sagantec, Magma and Wind River (Intel). He has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures as a Cofounder and Consultant for Business Strategy. He is also a certified Life Coach from International Coach Academy.
