Bijaei earlier worked with MasterCard Worldwide as the Head of MasterCard’s relationship with the largest bank in India, the State Bank Group, prior to founding Loylty Rewardz. Previously, Bijaei was the head of Jet Privilege, the loyalty program of Jet Airways. He has also worked in the advertising industry in the Sultanate of Oman, and with McCann Erickson Worldwide in Dubai, UAE. Bijaei earned his business management education as a part of the Founding Class of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
