Knowing the Masters
Werner Haase, CEO He started Madison in 1974 with a clear vision of an adaptable, innovative, service oriented company that provides the most up-to-date methodologies and technologies that deliver beyond client’s expectations. Under his guidance, the company evolved from a starter incentive company to a Global Workforce Engagement Sales Incentive Marketing Company. He has been responsible for several groundbreaking “firsts” within the recognition and incentive space. Before he founded Madison, Werner had an executive career and was associated with organizations such as Colonial Penn and Gulf & Western. He studied at the Universities of Munich, Lausanne and Berlin.
Alex M Alaminos, Managing Director He has over two decades of Operational and Financial Management experience. As Managing Director, he oversees all of Madison’s business and global operations including their business strategy ensuring companywide operational excellence.He has spearheaded the development and implementation of many groundbreaking proprietary recognition management tools and techniques for the company. Prior to joining Madison, Alex co-founded a corporate finance and investor relations consulting firm, which provided corporate finance and strategic communications counseling to companies across diverse industries. Alex received a B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
