“Be prepared for hard work. Be prepared for failure and rejection. Be prepared for mistakes. That might sound dismal but starting a business has been one of the most difficult things I have ever done in my life. I’ve sacrificed time, aspects of my personal life, friends, education, fitness and more to grow this firm over the past 14 years. It is not the path of least resistance but it is a fulfilling path if you don’t give up and you keep at it. Stay organized, focus on your foundation, set attainable short-term goals and keep going. Although the road has been long, I wouldn’t trade it for anything at this point, I love what I do.”

President/CEO- Bryson Reaume

Bryson Reaume co-founded City Constructors in 2003 with several key industry partners. Bryson is responsible for all contractual commitments and obligations to the client at the corporate level. He is always available and accessible to the client and the project management team throughout the life of any project CCI takes on. Reaume has close to 20 years of design, project, and construction management experience. His knowledge was built from the ground up, as he worked in the trades for half a decade before moving into project and executive management. As the President of CCI, he has overseen over 200 million dollars’ worth of projects to completion. Reaume’s long family history in the industry and his service in the military have taught him the value of an honest day’s work and the value of maintaining relationships, something that he instills at all levels of CCI. Most importantly, Reaume understands that each client is unique and that engagement and clear communication are critical to the success of every project.

Vice President- Evan Richardson

Evan Richardson joined City Constructors in 2005 to help with the company’s rapid expansion. Mr. Richardson came to City Constructors with a solid base of construction experience. Nevertheless, during his time with the company he has rotated through every role. He has proven highly adept and capable as a superintendent, estimator, project engineer, and project manager. His drive and love of construction lead him to work long hours and set a demanding pace. Mr. Richardson’s intelligence and attention to detail are the backbone of City Constructors quality control. He has an eye for identifying potential problems and he ensures that they do not occur.
