JMARK was founded by James Montgomery Jr. in 1988 and Thomas H. Douglas joined KMARK team in 1997 after his completion release from the Navy. Starting his career in the company as a Level One engineer, Tom became the number one revenue producer for JMARK and in conjunction with his leadership and drive, was put in a Service Manager role.
