Lynn Fritz, Founder – A visionary in the global logistics industry, Lynn Fritz was the Chairman and CEO of Fritz Companies until May 2001 when it was acquired by UPS. He was the first to use technology solutions to support a nationwide network of offices that provided complete supply chain and logistics services, bringing method and consolidation to a fragmented industry. Under his stewardship, Fritz Companies was transformed from a small domestic documentation company to a global organization of 10,000 employees in 120 countries. Fritz received his B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Lincoln University School of Law. In recognition of his outstanding leadership and community service, he was honored with a Doctor of Laws degree by Pepperdine University in 1995 and from Drexel University in 2004.

Dr. Anisya Fritz, CEO – Dr. Fritz, co-founded LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions with Lynn Fritz in the year 2000. Her creative vision has paved the road for LynnCo’s transition from a small-town freight brokerage firm to an honored and reputable global supply chain services provider. A respected scholar, Dr. Fritz is the author of numerous articles on the global system of humanitarian relief, competitive strategy and international entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management Journal, Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and the Journal of International Business Studies. She has a B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Management from Virginia Tech.
