Michael Boustridge: Chief Executive Officer
A well-known technology executive with deep expertise in the IT services and telecom industries, Michael served on Ciber’s Board of Directors for two years before being named CEO. He also is a board member for several other firms, including Riverbed Technology, a leader in application performance infrastructure and Cyan, a SaaS solution provider. His charitable efforts include serving as a board member for the Xprize Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on bringing about radical breakthroughs to benefit humanity through prize competitions that stimulate research.
Tina Piermarini: Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Prior to joining Ciber, Tina was founder and chief executive of thinkingisrequired, a Vivezza company focused on transforming businesses and the people who run them. She has also held reputed positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), ExcellerateHRO, EDS’ Global Energy Industry Group, etc and also led EDS’ global human resources, enterprise risk management, security and real estate organizations, and she played an instrumental role in revitalizing the company during its global business transformation.
Chief Financial Officer
In his career, Christian has held several management and leadership roles. He holds an MBA-equivalent degree with a concentration in International Business Management from the University of Vienna.
M. Sean Radcliffe: Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Sean heads up the international legal team from Ciber’s corporate headquarters. As chief counsel for all business units, he draws on nearly two decades of experience guiding corporations and their leaders through a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property protection, client and vendor engagement, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
Chris Batson: Senior Vice President, Client Care North America
Chris is responsible for financial planning and analysis, pricing, strategic planning and operations oversight for North American operations. In addition to providing core financial leadership, he is also responsible for overall operational efficiency in the organization, working closely with the general manager for North America. He has more than 15 years of corporate finance and treasury experience and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Andy Nicholson: Senior Vice President, International Client Care
Andy leads the international market-facing sales force at Ciber. His teams are responsible for identifying and developing segmentation strategies and solutions that will best serve our client’s needs. He has more than 25 years of business and leadership experience across the technology sector and has held numerous senior leadership positions.
Jim Miller: Senior Vice President, Global Delivery
Jim Miller is the Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery. Prior to joining Ciber, he was a Vice President at BT Global Services responsible for establishing end to end delivery processes to provide managed network services for large global enterprises and he served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry segment. Jim developed his IT experience during his 28 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) holding positions from Systems Engineer to Enterprise Client Delivery Executive serving fortune 100 clients. This experience included leading sales and delivery of IT solutions to global clients in financial services, consumer products, telecommunications and manufacturing. He also has technical experience in applications development, infrastructure deployment/operations, and network deployment/operations.
Eric Stine: Senior Vice President, Global Portfolio
Eric is responsible for portfolio and product lifecycle management, solution development and spearheading thought leadership in emerging technologies. His team is responsible for global strategic alliances in the market place and the continuous improvement of Ciber’s go-to-market strategy. His vertical expertise spans Public Sector and Higher Education, Aerospace & Defense, Retail and Financial Services and his transformational experience across finance and sales are a vital asset to Ciber’s global portfolio. He is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he studied Political Science and History and obtained his B.A. He also holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
