Thomas F. Foley, President
Thomas founded TLC Technologies in 1997 after successfully completing 8 years fulfilling consulting & management positions with first Keane, Inc. and then Electronic Data Systems. During his tenure with Keane and EDS, Foley was focused on database technology and an early adopter of the OLAP & Graphical Delivery technologies that drive the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms available today. After completing numerous projects and attaining the level of a certified consultant, he decided to form his own firm and TLC was born in 1997. Since inception, Foley has been a hands-on manager focused on the growth of the company and has acted as the lead architect on several major projects. TLC & Foley continue to grow in depth and breathe as the EPM & BI market- place evolves and are proud to announce that in March 2012 TLC celebrated its 15th Anniversary in business.
