30 Fastest Growing Microsoft Solution Providers 2016

WatServ: The World’s largest provider of hosted Microsoft Dynamics

‘Delivering expert managed services in secure, reliable environments to their customers’

WatServ is one of the leading providers of hosted ERP solutions globally, a registered Microsoft hosting partner that specializes in providing complete operational management of Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP and related solutions such as CRM, SharePoint, Exchange, and third party ISV solutions.

WatServ works exclusively through partner channels, specializing in delivering hosted ERP in a Cloud Computing model where all infrastructure and support software (Windows Server, SQL Server, Terminal Server, Citrix, Scribe and others)
are delivered as a service. Services include managed IT services for the operational support of infrastructure, applications and hosting services. The company has offices in Canada, United States and worldwide with data centers globally.

The WatServ Timeline
When the company was founded in 2006, there were thousands of hosting companies in the world that provided infrastructure as a service and managed collocation hosting services.Unlike WatServ, very few took complete responsibility for the end-user applications that ran on the infrastructure. WatServ spotted a market in need of this additional level of service and started operations in Canada, quickly expanding into the United States and the rest of the world.

In 2008, WatServ pioneered subscription pricing for hosted Dynamics by bundling all the required software, infrastructure, managed services and support into one simple per-user-per-month fee. This eliminated concerns that many customers had
about the long list of extra “consumption fees” that public cloud providers and other hosting companies charged. Subsequently, WatServ added unique waterfall pricing which provided pricing as low as $25/user/month to their enterprise customers.

WatServ was the first to offer flash-accelerated application performance for Dynamics, and continues to bring innovation to the market. Today, WatServ supports over 10,000 users, 24x7x365 that are connecting from over 60 countries globally.
In November 2015, WatServ was acquired by Brookfield, a leading alternative asset management company in business for over 100 years with a portfolio of over $250 billion in global assets.

Low on Cost, High on Quality of Service
WatServ offers private cloud, hybrid cloud and public cloud hosting solutions. Typically, their solutions cost 30%-50% less
than running and supporting ERP software on premise. Customers conserve cash by eliminating the need for any capital spending on infrastructure and software. Additionally, WatServ’s shared services model significantly reduces the need for customers to hire and retain talented IT staff. WatServ’s private cloud and hybrid cloud solutions are often 25% less expensive than public cloud solutions like AWS and Azure.

With WatServ, customers can negotiate contracts to suit their needs where public cloud companies will not. WatServ’s fees are transparent and guaranteed throughout the contract period. Customers don’t pay extra for additional consumption, or any other items that public cloud providers would charge for. WatServ’s managed application services are better than any
competitor in the market, and the company’s pricing model is one of the simplest and most flexible in the world. WatServ’s application and infrastructure reliability is unmatched in their market.

The leader in the large-enterprise market
WatServ has grown quickly to become one the worlds’ largest and most successful providers of cloud computing solutions for
Microsoft Dynamics. They are the leader in the large-enterprise market where the customer solution is often deployed internationally. These deployments tend to be more complex and have greater requirements for application performance, uptime, and security when compared to the SMB market. WatServ has a greater depth of skill and knowledge about how to manage these applications than competing hosting companies, which results in the greatest level of customer and partner satisfaction in the industry. As part of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., WatServ is growing quickly, providing customers and partners with ever evolving technologies and services that help them succeed.

Why should you choose WatServ?
As public cloud continues to grow in popularity, many companies are blindly deciding to accept public cloud solutions without doing proper due diligence. Cost, support, reliability and availability are all considerations not always investigated to the necessary extent. Once given the opportunity, companies often discover that costs are lower and systems are more reliable when provided by the private cloud market.

WatServ strives to offer their partners and customers a wide variety of deployment options and services, all backed by their
extensive Microsoft Dynamics knowledge. The company works tirelessly and directly with their customers to ensure that they
are receive the highest levels of service and expertise. Outsourcing to WatServ is like adding resources to your IT team without additional headcount.
