Why was the company set up? How did you select the vertical and decide to be a part of the global platform?
To deliver personalized IT support by providing guidance & implementation. We work under the precedence that our customers are our partners. The Verticals selected us. As we brought new customers onboard they seemed to fall in to 3 main areas. Health, Legal and Financial.
What were the grounds on which you have expanded your company and its offerings over the years?
We started out as a break fix IT support company it was clear were the industry was heading and we had a clear path to transition to full managed service provider and cloud offerings provider. Keeping up with the rapidly changing environment of Information technology and the ever-developing needs of business, we are constantly challenged to explore the many innovative approaches that come with this business.
What challenges did you face in your initial years? What can your peers learn from it?
Some of the challenges starting out were trying to acquire new customers and hiring the right people. What can someone learn starting out is have a well-defined system and process in place and follow them so everyone in the organization knows how something is done and done the same way every time.
What do you feel are the reasons behind?
Your Customer Service satisfaction
We pride ourselves on our quick response time to all customer requests. Ninety-nine percent of our customers are serviced within a two-hour window. Of these requests, many are done within minutes due to how we are set up to service ‘behind the scenes’. Each customer is then followed up to insure the job is done thoroughly and to their satisfaction.

How big is your organization today? Briefly explain the organizational structure?
We have in place IT Management and Administration personal whose main responsibilities include overseeing that all projects run smoothly and are constantly in alignment with our company strategies.
We employ Procurement Specialists, Network Engineers, and Technical Support Specialists which include Tier 1, 2 and 3 Support.
How do you and your company contribute to the global IT platform and society at large?
Genesis Network Group, LLC contributes to a global IT platform as we secure a high industry standard for building solutions which serves several business models.
We hone in on the medical, Legal and Financial Fields, offering standardized options that we feel best meet the needs of these customers. We deploy standardized management tools allowing each organization to feel 100% confident that their systems are supported and secure.
Do you have any new products ready to be/getting ready to be rolled out into the market?
A new offering, we are getting ready to release is our Cloud Hosted VOIP Phone System with brings more cost savings and functionality then the traditional on premise phone systems.

Mark Drizing CFO: Mark has over 20 years of technical experience and certified in Microsoft, novell, citrix and A+ Technician. Mark has an extensive marketing and financial background.
George Frangos CTO: A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, George has 30+ years in the IT world. An expert in network infrastructure and virtual servers design and integration. A+ Technician certified in Microsoft, novell, VMware.
