Why was the company set up? How did you select the vertical and decide to be a part of the global platform?

It starts from my passion and belief in Digital trend. Include that period of time, I received sale target from my working company. I think that Mobile technology and Enterprise Content Management are IT solutions which can drive sale target. But my old company does not agree with me, so it’s time for me to run my own business named I AM Consulting Co., Ltd.

I’m selected solution from IT global trend that create a value to our clients. Solution must be accepted and can utilize with all business worldwide. As my belief on Mobile technology and Enterprise Content Management, OpenText and SAP are trustable global platform.

Tell us about your first product that was launched?

OpenText and mobile technology is my reason of running I AM Consulting since 2002. I believe that Mobile technology will be a crucial mechanism for all business. That time, we implement smart text messaging as smart phone is not in the market yet, so OpenText is more success in the market. Data archiving is a best tools in that era of Enterprise Content Management on unstructured data. We have many projects of data archiving in India and Vietnam.

What challenges did you face in your initial years? What can your peers learn from it?

Once we come to this IT consulting market, it already has many well-known consulting business firms. It makes us work hardly to build I AM Consulting to be someone in the market. Not too long, I AM Consulting is one company in IT business consultant which is strong competitor in the market.

How big is your organization today? Briefly explain the organizational structure?

In our organization, our management level played as a partnership model. They are key to our company performance. We have a specialist skill on each business unit to operate each part of business. This is a key journey of growing business.

How do you and your business growth contribute to the global IT platform and society at large?

Follow to Marketing 4.0 by Philip Kotler, moving traditional to digital by authenticate the right person with IT enablement. This is the same as my belief to link between traditional and digital world to maximizing benefit of Big Data.

Do you have any new products ready to be/getting ready to be rolled out into the market?

Nowadays, business is a driven mechanism to operate Information Technology. Once business direction or business culture changing, we need to find out the right IT solution that match and maximize profit to their business. To meet a new world of business and theory of marketing 4.0, SAP HYBRIS is a new solution which we launch to the market.

Srirat Chuchotthaworn: Ms. Srirat has been a project director and project manager in wide spread ERP implementation with broaden business. She has managed a number of ERP implementation projects for several clients in various industries including government, state enterprise and private sector. Ms. Srirat has distinguished leading ability and tremendous working experiences related to project management of ERP System implementation. She has experience more than 20 years of IT business and over 15 years in SAP.

Ken Ito: Mr. Ito has experience in SAP-related business in a wide range of Asian pacific market includes consulting business and Project Management with more than 15 years of experiences.
