Assertiv offers a user-friendly, streamlined interface for Alfresco Process Services and Activiti. It improves the user experience when working with complex workflows, enhancing task efficiency and accessibility.

Assertgin enables robust content and process migration from legacy systems into Alfresco and Activiti. It ensures data integrity and process continuity during transitions. For clients already using Alfresco, Assertgin isn’t required — they can directly adopt Assertec and Assertiv.

Assertgin’s migration capabilities seem robust. How do you ensure accuracy and compliance during large-scale migrations?

Accuracy and compliance are built into every phase of Assertgin’s migration process.

It starts with a comprehensive assessment of source systems, metadata structures, and governance rules. From there, Assertgin uses configurable rules and AI-assisted mapping to transfer documents, metadata, and workflows — preserving structure, access controls, and compliance logic.

We implement full audit logging, validation checkpoints, and policy-aware mappings. Phased migrations and live monitoring provide transparency and control throughout.

Assertgin doesn’t just move content — it ensures a compliant, secure, and verifiable transition that supports modernization without risk.

You emphasize transparent pricing and no vendor lock-in. Why is that important?
