Please tell us about the circumstances or events that led to the founding of AuCom MCS GmbH & Co. KG.

AuCom, founded in New Zealand in 1978, recognized the challenges posed by the time difference and shipping duration between Europe and New Zealand for its Medium Voltage and Project Business. This hindered efficient customer support. To overcome these obstacles and enhance global support, AuCom established a Project Hub and production facilities in Germany in 2014. This strategic move aimed to improve flexibility and reduce response times for customers worldwide. Since then, Germany has become the primary support center, handling 90% of global project business, enabling AuCom to better serve its international clientele.
