A Fully-Intergrated Powerful Platform to Manage Subscribers, Services and Devices: ETI Software Solutions

“What’s Your Vision? Tell us and we can help”

ETI launched its first product in 1993 and soon developed an extensive array of products for the control and management of broadband technologies. The development of ETI products mirrored the technological advances of the telecom industry, resulting in long-term customer relationships. Soon ETI was the established leader in automated provisioning, mediation and activation software for video, voice and data over a wide range of technologies, with expertise in IPTV integrations and FTTH networks.

With over 150 deployments throughout North America, ETI was positioned for even more growth and in 2014 acquired Netmania, the preeminent developer of ACS TR-069 device management technology. The merger gives ETI a technological edge in device management and created a world-wide presence, strengthening ETI’s customer base in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Today as broadband service providers seek to provide superior customer experiences, ETI has moved to the service assurance realm, introducing its Overture product line. The Overture suite offers a comprehensive yet modular, integrated solution that empowers CEOs to CSRs to proactively address subscriber-facing issues to operate more efficiently. The key employees of ETI have extensive experience in software development and system design with companies such as Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Microsoft and Motorola in the fields of cable TV, telephone and satellite communications. Although the development of leading-edge technology products is a top priority, the primary goal at ETI is to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

ETI’s efficient telecom services
Visual Analytics: Transparency. Imagine seeing into every corner of the operation and making intelligent decisions that affect the bottom line. That vision is a reality with Overture Analytics, an integrated platform that includes subscriber records, service activation, connected devices all visible on a real-time geo-spatial dashboard. Advanced marketing analysis and reporting capabilities on business-impacting topics such as take rates, ARPU and churn rates can be easily configured and operated by non-technical staff.

Fiber Design and Management: Overture FMS incorporates comprehensive outside plant inventory and work order management subsystems. This functionality is required by network operations and management personnel to record and manage the physical network build-out from the NOC to ONT. At its core, Overture FMS provides a comprehensive set of tools for designing, constructing, and maintaining a passive optical network. In support of these functions, it also includes service address management, work orders, device inventory and prospect tracking.

Device management: ETI’s recent merger with Netmania, global leaders in ACS TR-069 management solutions, gives the customers leading-edge technology that is Broadband Forum compliant, scalable and market-ready. By streamlining installation, maintenance, diagnostics and customer support, Overture ACS has a remarkable ROI by reducing the number of truck rolls, shortening the length of support calls, and expediting installation and maintenance, resulting in OpEx savings and a better customer experience.

IP Services: Overture ID provides a web services Authentication service for user name and password authentication between Overture and client applications. Any client application can use the Overture ID authentication service to authenticate subscribers using either the Overture ID IDP, or the customer’s IDP.
