To comply with the demands, a great deal of groundwork by the consultants in the form of market research about competency availability is carried out by domain, technology, location and market compensation etc. However, but in reality, even those companies may not know the actual target pockets that they need to be looked at and even if they do, to reach to this talent is always a challenging and tiring task as job portals support only to an extent given the compressing timelines to hire.”
