IBM to integrate all new IT services into its cloud security Portfolio

In a recent press release, IBM has stated that it will launch a new suite of security services that help enterprises apply a unified security approach across the entire dispersed hybrid cloud environments. IBM has also said that it has expanded security services for the Cloud portfolio users designed to help companies and enterprises connect and simplify the cloud security across the working ecosystems that brings IBM and third-party technologies alongside support to manage security across cloud environments.

The new IT services will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to help enterprises identify and manage risks, respond to potential security threats across cloud enterprises, including AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The new services will connect the data with IBM's broader security operations and on-premises Systems. The firm further said that it would modernize its security systems and IT services portfolio.

The new updates to the portfolio include new advisory and managed security services that will reduce the cloud misconfigurations risk and provide unique insight into potential risk and threat management. IBM is also rolling out new container-based security services that include integration with IBM Security X-Force Red vulnerability management to identify and ranking container-related vulnerabilities to prioritize the security remediation.
