Please tell us about the circumstances or events that led to the founding of AgreeYa Solutions.

From our humble IT startup beginnings in a small California office, AgreeYa’s objective was clear: create a positive impact through technology for businesses and the community at large. Recognizing a gap in engagement models, I founded AgreeYa to prioritize customer success. Our dream has always been customer-centric, delivering technology solutions fostering collaboration, productivity, innovation, and overcoming challenges in digital transformation journey. We’re committed to empowering clients with innovative solutions and have assisted numerous organizations, in shaping their technology roadmaps. Additionally, we’ve collaborated with public sector entities to enhance citizen engagement and modernize their technology infrastructures.

  • Productivity Enhancement through Automation: Each year, we assist numerous organizations in boosting productivity and streamlining processes using Business Process Automation (BPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Test Automation, and Generative AI solutions.

ETL Testing: As organizations increasingly rely on data-driven decision-making, we assist them in launching bug-free decisioning solutions through our ETL testing service. We ensure early detection and prompt issues addressal to
make sure data-driven solutions catalyze organizational decision-making.

Reg-F Compliance: We proactively addressed the regulatory changes introduced by Reg-F. We implemented a robust rules-engine in Cogent (our award-winning debt collections solution) to ensure compliance for Accounts Receivables and Management organizations. This protected our customers from potential penalties, with measures like masking
customer information during specific hours to shield collectors.

WCAG 2.1 Guidelines: We believe in empowering every individual with equal access to digital properties. Towards, this end we are partnering with various organizations to make their digital properties ADA compliant and adhere to WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Powered by our state-of-the-art Accessibility CoE, our services help in improving accessibility, defect prevention, and ensuring seamless accessibility through screen readers and other such devices.

Employee Up-skilling & Cross-skilling: Through dedicated employee cross-training and upskilling initiatives, we ensure that our team remains agile, adaptable, and equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
