BLACKPINK has teamed with Disney and Complex for a limited-edition capsule collection, releasing March 5 exclusively on Complex.com. The 10-piece line arrives one week after the K-pop superstars unleashed their five-track "DEADLINE" EP, their first major group project since 2022's "Born Pink."
Disney's global creative director Bobby Kim designed the collection, drawing inspiration from 1970s London punk fashion. Classic Disney characters like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are reimagined "through a rebellious lens," appearing across white, pink, and charcoal bases paired with BLACKPINK branding.
The capsule includes tees, sweatshirts, crop tops, tank tops, a tote bag, and a fitted hat, with prices ranging from $45 to $125. The standout piece is a pink and black plaid jacket finished with custom pinback buttons.
Each purchase includes an exclusive photocard featuring one of the four members: Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, or Lisa. Some items are already selling out during preorder.
"This punk-inspired collection is all about expressing your individuality and challenging the status quo with confidence," Kim said in a statement. "As a global pop-culture phenomenon, BLACKPINK's fearless creativity and boundary-breaking style are at the heart of this capsule."
Complex CEO Aaron Levant noted the collaboration marks the first in a series between Complex and Disney, calling it "a powerful moment at the intersection of music, fashion and pop culture."
The capsule follows BLACKPINK's "DEADLINE" EP, which explores themes of confidence, growth and unity across five tracks including lead single "Go" and the Diplo-assisted "JUMP." The group recently became the first artist to surpass 100 million YouTube subscribers.
