You talk about simplifying the buying journey. How do you make complex decisions feel easy for first-time buyers and global investors alike?
I know how confusing buying in Dubai can be, I went through it myself. That’s why our approach is all about clarity and guidance, not sales pressure.
We slow things down, explain everything in plain language, and make sure people see the full picture, not just the brochure highlights. For example, a client from Germany once asked me to choose between two “similar” projects. When we broke down the rental yield, developer track record, and handover history, she was shocked at how different they really were.
We also stay hands-on after the deal, sending video updates, checking on construction, and making sure clients feel involved.
Many firms in Dubai promise guidance, but few deliver long-term value. What truly sets Professor Property apart from others in the market?
That’s true; Dubai’s real estate market is full of big promises. What makes us different is that we don’t see ourselves as brokers, we see ourselves as long-term partners.
Most agencies disappear once the deal is closed. We stay. We help clients rent out their units, manage them, and even advise when it’s the right time to resell. For many, we’ve become their go-to team for every property decision; some have already bought their second or third unit with us.

What’s next for Professor Property? Are there any new projects, technologies, or service expansions you’re excited about?
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our client base across Europe, Canada, and the GCC, and now we’re focusing on building more digital transparency into how people buy in Dubai.
We’re developing an online platform that will let clients compare verified projects, track ROI potential, and even follow construction progress in real time. It’s our way of turning data into clarity, so buyers can make decisions with confidence, wherever they are in the world.
Looking ahead, how do you see Dubai’s property market evolving over the next five years, and where do you see Professor Property’s role within it?
Dubai’s real estate market is becoming more mature. Buyers today want transparency, long-term value, and trust, not just flashy promises. That’s a great direction for everyone.
Over the next five years, I see Dubai strengthening its position as a global investment hub. And Professor Property’s role will be to keep guiding people through it with verified insights, honest advice, and technology that makes smart investing simple.

During that search, he met with his friend Hisham Al Bloushi, a seasoned Emirati professional with over 15 years of experience and a Strategic Partnership with Dubai Foreign Direct Investment. Hisham took him to his first property launch, and they sat together at Zou Zou Restaurant, just talking about life, family, and what makes Dubai so special.
